Service Description
Engage our independent evaluation services to review existing programme/service logic models and work with your organisation to develop a comprehensive theory of change. This typically includes: a one-day workshop to establish the shared purpose, potential short, medium and long-term outcomes. Followed by a review of the context, assumptions and evidence held by your organisation to map and understand what works to achieve the key outcomes identified in the workshop. This results in the development of a theory of change for your organisation/service/programme. This work package will typically include: -Review of existing documentations -One day workshop -Development of a theory of change


Cancellation Policy
## **Cancellation Policy – Gender Responsive Training Sessions** We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. The following policy helps us manage our time, preparation, and commitments to all partners. ### **Cancellations** - **More than 30 days before the session:** No cancellation fee. - **29-20 days before the session:** 50% of the session fee is payable. - **Less than 21 days before the session:** The full session fee is payable. ### **Rescheduling** We will always try to accommodate a rescheduled date. - **More than 14 days’ notice:** No charge. - **Less than 14 days’ notice:** A rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost applies. ### **Non‑attendance** If participants do not attend on the day without prior notice, the full fee will be charged. ### **Cancellations by Gender Responsive Insight** In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. We will always communicate as early as possible. ### **Why this policy matters** Our training is highly tailored, preparation‑intensive, and often part of wider systems‑change work. These terms ensure we can protect capacity, honour commitments, and deliver high‑quality, gender‑responsive learning experiences.
